Together they can change the world -the story of NOT
Here is the promised post about NOT, and how this simple logic operator can form more complex and useful operators.
Let's start with NOR as it is easy. NOR can be written also in more comprehensive form: OR-NOT. (Check how NOT and OR work from this post.)
Now meet NAND, (or AND-NOT):
Think that those NOTs are just transistors. Amazing what one tiny component can do, right? Well, they don't do NAND or NOR (or AND...) with separated transistors anymore but I think you get picture :)
These little NOTs made it possible to have computers, to do calculations, and today: surf on the Internet <3
